Silent Retreat: Autumn Equinox

On 23 September, at 3:03 in the morning, the astronomical Autumn of 2022 will commence. To mark the turn of the season, Daily Practice has organized a silent retreat on Tuesday 20 September. The event will commence at 9 am, with a scheme of intermittent seated and walking meditation on and around the floor of On Wards Inwards, an installation by Moosje M Goosen and Daily Practice, part of 84 STEPS on our third floor. Supported by the present silence of others, this retreat offers the possibility to turn inwards for an extended moment in time. This retreat is for practiced meditators.
