Join us for a KEYNOTE by artist Erik van Lieshout with guest of honor René Daniëls.

The lecture is titled “René Daniëls — Between presence and painting”, and will be followed by a Q&A with guest moderator and Director and Chief Curator of De Pont Museum in Tilburg, Martijn van Nieuwenhuyzen.

The lecture delves into an intimate artist portrait of the renowned Dutch painter Daniëls, in his home and through his artistic practice both past and present. The material draws upon van Lieshout’s recent film Rene Daniëls, exhibited at Maureen Paley Gallery London and de Pont Museum of Contemporary Art in Tilburg.
