Madiha Sikander

Madiha Sikander graduated from the National College of Arts, Lahore, specializing in miniature painting, and from The University of British Columbia, South Africa with an MFA in Visual Arts. Currently based in Vancouver, Canada, her work has been widely exhibited in her home country of Pakistan and internationally in India, Singapore, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Switzerland, and Canada. Her work was a part of the Colombo Biennale in Sri Lanka in 2012, the Kochin Biennale in India in 2014, and the Dhaka Art Summit in 2019. She was awarded the UNESCO Award for Emerging Artists in 2014, and the B.C. Binning Memorial Fellowship in 2017.
