Alexis Medina Trejo

Alexis Medina Trejo is a historian from Mexico currently living in Rotterdam. After working several years as a tour guide and entrepreneur in Mexico City, he completed a Master's degree in Art, Culture and Society at Erasmus University. He is interested in topics such as pre-Hispanic Mexican history, educative videogames, public art, collaborative art, and cultural education.

As a part of Kunstinstituut Melly, he is invested in researching how institutions can become more appealing to different audiences. He believes that cultural institutions must pay attention to different publics in order to thrive.
