Stacii Samidin

Stacii Samidin is a photographer based in Rotterdam. His main goal in his photographic practice is to hear and accept a human being without prejudice and judgment. In his practice, Samidin studies the relationship between the character of a person and its environment. He has exhibited his work  in the Nederlands Fotomuseum, Rotterdam; ‘t Café at Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam;  and Wereldmuseum, Rotterdam; among others. His work has been awarded with the International Ronald MacDonald Lifetime Achievement Award and the Grand Prize of the Jury by De Kracht van Rotterdam amongst others. Samidin is the founder of the art gallery “Stacii Samidin” in Rotterdam.
