Nurul Ain Binti Nor Halim

Nurul Ain Binti Nor Halim is an interdisciplinary artist based in Malaysia, working with video, audio, installation and collaboration-based works. Born in Thailand, she was raised in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Japan. Her diasporic identity and longing for belonging are central to her practice, exploring themes of language, memory, and national and cultural identity. Ain is a graduate from KABK Fine Arts BA, and has exhibited at SBK Kunstuitleen & Galerie, Amsterdam; and GLO’ART, Lanaken; among others. Her work is also part of the FENIX Art Collection, Rotterdam.
