Uriël Matahelumual
Uriel Matahelumual (1993, Netherlands) is a filmmaker and teacher. He worked on MovieZone at the Eye Filmmuseum, Amsterdam. He owns the film production company Fisuals that produces music videos, commercials and feature films in collaboration with music composer Ashraf BESSY. In 2021, he directed a commercial for the crowdfunding campaign for the National Moluccan Monument. Matahelumual's work focuses on inclusion, social issues, diversity and the oral history of the Moluccan diaspora in the Netherlands. His latest film Goldfish for Breakfast (2024) was selected for IFFR 2024.
