Amy Kenny
Amy Kenny recently submitted a PhD in Early Modern Literature and Culture, which examines the role of the family in Shakespeare’s plays. She is an Associate Tutor at University of Sussex and has been a Guest Lecturer at King’s College London and Mary Baldwin College. Her literary and theatre reviews have appeared in Routledge ABES, Around the Globe, Times Literary Supplement and Textual Practice. Kenny is currently Research Coordinator at Shakespeare’s Globe, where she teaches courses on architecture, audience and actors. She has also been the chief dramaturge for 15 theatre productions at Shakespeare’s Globe, and conducted over 70 interviews with actors and creatives about performance style and space.
