Sara Sejin Chang (Sara van der Heide)

Sara Sejin Chang (Sara van der Heide) (1977, South Korea) currently lives and works in Berlin. She was the recipient of the Theodora Niemeijer Prize in 2023, and recently a fellow of the Berlin Artistic Research Grant Programme (2022-2023). She had recent solo exhibitions: at Moderna Museet, Stockholm (2022-2023); Centraal Museum, Annex, Utrecht (2023); Rozenstraat | a rose is a rose is a rose, Amsterdam (2023); ARGOS, Brussels, (2021). She has participated in numerous international biennials and group exhibtions: Busan Biennial (2022), 11th Berlin Biennial (2020), M HKA, Antwerp, Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam and Van Abbemuseum
