Samuel Saelemakers

Samuel Saelemakers (BE) is a Curator at Witte de With since 2012. He holds an MA in Art Philosophy and Aesthetics from the Université Paris IV-Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Antwerp. Prior to joining Witte de With he was research assistant to curator Jean-Hubert Martin and project assistant at SAM Art Projects, Paris. Saelemakers is a regular visiting lecturer at the Jan van Eyck Academie, Maastricht, and is a faculty member of the 2018-2019 Curatorial Studies program at KASK, Ghent. From 2015 to 2017 he was Chairman of the board of Rib art space, Rotterdam.
