Robin van den Akker

Robin van den Akker is Senior Lecturer in Cultural Philosophy and Studies. He is also Director of the Erasmus Center for Liberal Arts and Sciences at Erasmus University College Rotterdam. He has written extensively on the digitization of everyday life and contemporary aesthetics and culture in The Journal of Aesthetics and Culture, Frieze, ArtPulse, Monu, The American Book Review, De Groene Amsterdammer, and various other journals, magazines, catalogs, and edited collections. His work has been translated into numerous languages, including Mandarin, Russian, German, and Spanish.
