Caroline Taylor Shehan
Caroline Taylor Shehan (New York, NY) studied Art and Art history at Occidental College in Los Angeles. During her studies, she worked with the Community-Based Learning Center and the Special Collections at the Occidental Library, which inspired her to pursue an internship at the Library and Archive of the Autry Museum of American West. Following graduation, she interned at the Foundation for Contemporary Arts, taught art programs for young people, and worked alongside artists, fabricating projects and archiving their work. Currently, she is a candidate for an MA in Curatorial Practice at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she curated a group show featuring five artists working with cardboard, cardboard: a meditation on medium (2022) and co-curated another group show, Soft Boundary (2022) at the Pfizer Building in Brooklyn, NY.
