Lola den Dunnen

Lola den Dunnen (NL, 1999) is currently studying Law at Erasmus University and will write her thesis on refugee pushbacks. Besides being a law student, she is an artist with a focus on photography/video and print work. In the past, she was a competitive chess player with high rankings on the national level and participation in European youth championships. Her youth consisted also of intense art submersion because of her parents, who are both Rotterdam-based artists with their own art space, Eyeloveyou. Lola sees art as the most powerful medium to express one's consciousness in such a manner that the viewer can experience beyond the boundaries of the body and can access universal consciousness.
